Mom had moved into assisted living, and because we do not live in the area, we needed a Realtor who could handle much more than simply listing the house. Natalie was exactly that person. She took care of virtually everything for us. She helped coordinate what needed to be done with the house, assisted with our mothers furniture and belongings, and helped arrange for items to be sold or donated. She kept us informed throughout the entire process and was always available when we had a question or needed something handled. What impressed us just as much was her knowledge of the Spring Lake real estate market. Natalie recommended a listing strategy and told us what she believed the house would ultimately sell for. She was remarkably accurate. Her knowledge of the local market was obvious from beginning to end. Throughout the process of buying our new home there were several challenges that arose during the process that Natalie helped us navigate, including a questionable inspection report on a house that looked great at first glance, and an appraisal that was significantly different than what was expected. She also worked with our difficult schedules, and did a great job communicating during non-traditional work hours. It was clear that she is highly experienced, and highly knowledgeable, as whenever she predicted something would happen, it would happen. This is the second time I have worked with her, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
