We had a plan laid out for going from one home to the other, but when the new homes timeline was moved up by 2 months, we had to create a new approach. Natalie was able to handle the new timelines and process easily, sold our old home less than 2 weeks after listing and negotiated the ability for us to stay until completion of the new home. Overall great process and great people.
