Once we settled on one unit, she negotiated a fair and reasonable offer that was acceptable to us and the sellers. ZillowVERIFIED natalie started out with great enthusaim and that made this a pleasant experiance, i explained our needs and wants to her and she went to work looking for the home to meet our desires. she lined up several homes to look at,so i drove up from port charlotte fl to meet with her and looks at some properties. fortunately on my way to myrtle beach she had come up with a new home in a community in longs that was getting ready to close out and with only five homes to chose from. i found one that had about everything that we would like and let the agent know we may be back. we left there and went on to look at a few older homes but i was drawn back to the new home we went back and signed an agreement. the next day i went back to fl and 14 days later came back to myrtle beach to close on the home. you should look to natalie as an assett to your team, she is very professonal and very easy to wofk with, again thanks natalie for doing what you do bill mccorkle

ZillowVERIFIED Natalie and I had a chance meeting when I inquired about a property. There was an offer excepted on the property prior to my viewing but the owner still allowed us to walk through it. Natalie came in on a Saturday afternoon to meet me at the property. Natalie explained to me in detail about the property and what had transpired with it. During the walk-through Natalie and I talked about what my family and I were looking for. After speaking with Natalie my girlfriend and I hit it off with her instantly and instead of feeling like a buyer and real estate agent but more like a friend that you have known forever. After leaving Natalie that afternoon she said that she would be contacting me with other listing that she thought might fit what I was looking for, truthfully I didn't expect to get an email until at least Monday seeing how it was the weekend. Within an hour of leaving Natalie she had emailed me with 7 potential listings that she thought fit what we had talked about. After looking them over I contacted her back and we set up a time the following weekend to look at more properties. During that week leading up to when we were supposed to look at more homes Natalie remained in contact with me and I had told her about a home that I saw and was interested in. Immediately Natalie looked into it and got back to me within an hour with all of the information pertaining to that property. Natalie set up all the times too look at a total of 6 properties and the order we were going to look at them. So with my girlfriend and our two kids we met Natalie on the day set at the first location. Natalie was early and ready to go when we arrived. She had all the information that could be asked for and then some and was very knowledgeable about the property. After the property we looked at 5 more over the course of the next few hours. All along the way Natalie kept asking for our feedback and what we thought of each property and for us to list in order which ones we liked. At the end of the day my girlfriend and I had decided on the first house we visited and instantly fell in love with. When we told Natalie about she said that she had a feeling we were leaning that way and that she thought we made a great choice. Natalie explained the next steps to us and what needed to be done. Natalie instantly contacted the listing agent to tell them that we wanted to make and offer on the house, but at that it was learned that another individual had made an offer the previous night and was in negotiations with the owners but that they would be willing to hear our offer because of the terms on which we wanted to buy and close. The next 30 to 45 mins were some of the most nerve racking minutes of my life while I was waiting on a response from Natalie about what the owners thought and the decision they made. I honestly didn't think that we would get the house due to them already negotiating with someone else. To my amazement Natalie called me and said that our offer had been excepted by the owner and that we would begin the process of buying the house. My girlfriend and I instantly got tears in our eyes because a life long dream was actually coming true and that is to be homeowners. I'm proud to say that we closed on the house on 04/19/2017. There is no way that this process would have gone as seamlessly as it did without the help, knowledge and professionalism that Natalie showed. I completely thank her and the Trembley Group going on this journey with us and there is no other agent I would ever use or suggest over Natalie. This has been the most exciting and amazing experience and for being a first time home buyer that is huge. I've heard so many horror stories about home buying but that definitely wasn't the case. Like I said previously Natalie made it feel like we were life long friends or family and made the whole process a dream come true. She had spread sheets made for me with price points, along with recently sold comps, and with 3-5 year rental histories on each one. After viewing these together, and analyzing the data, we came up with one that we put an offer in. She put the deal together, after I had left to go back to Michigan, while constantly keeping in touch with me. I had never invested in property down here, and she was always available to answer all my questions. She was always 2 steps ahead of me, which is hard to do, as I am always very thorough. The deal was completed and closed within 2 weeks. Needless to say, I was very impressed with her knowledge and enthusiasm for real estate.
