She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and respectful of what a person is looking for (never pressured us or tried to get us to expand our budget). She was on top of all the conversations between all the people who suddenly appeared once we started the closing process. Natalia is also very good at negotiating and doing research to make sure our bids were reasonable yet true negotiations. Given that, we were a little bit disappointed that we didn't investigate the claim of "2" parking spots more thoroughly at the building we bought in, which felt like a missed opportunity to negotiate a bit further. Not the end of the world, but definitely check when a seller in Miami says they have 2 spots!!
