Create curb appeal. First impressions mean a lot. Selling your home is like a beauty contest. The prettiest one wins. Get the advise from a professional real estate agent to price and market your home.

I was able to sell a home to a couple who were so in love with each other, they were starting over. Each of them were married before and had found love again in each other and they were bringing together a blended family. I was able to sell them the perfect home for them and also they let me help them sell each of their other homes.

I feel like I have always been in real estate. My father has flipped houses and bought rental property since as far back as I can remember. I have put on new roofs, siding and installed windows. Moving into helping others buy and sell seemed like only a natural progression. It is in my blood you might say.

I have a bachelors degree in computer science and savvy with promotion on line. Technology is so important in selling a home these days.
