She and her husband Steve have two teenage daughters and a bonus Italian daughter they host as a foreign exchange student. Nannette loves watching her girls cheer and dance for Lovejoy ISD as well as volunteer in her community, church, and school district. She enjoys cooking, coffee shops, traveling, live music venues, taking her dogs on walks, spicy food, and reading.

Availability almost around the clock, referrals for e.g. inspections which you can trust and a lot of fun, even if something doesnt work out as you might wanted and even if you are looking at tons of houses, there has never been pressure to decide. Their team represented my wife and me in what is very arguably the toughest buyers market in recent times. They were diligent, persistent, and most importantly patient. Each house we made an offer on ended up in a competitive bidding process. They kept us in check, not letting us get frustrated with the process and thereby make a hasty decision to unreasonably increase a bid (when all bids were already well over asking price to start with, including our initial bid). When that right house did come along, however, they were on the spot with information, counsel, and the right push at the right time to land us in just the right house in just the right location - we ended up right where we need and wanted to be. Good people and consummate professionals throughout the entire process.

I?d give you perfect but I have one item that was not relayed to us. A home warranty !!! No one ever told us that we had a warranty that would cover all the appliances and the home in general!!!I ended up spending money on a brand new oven as the one originally in the house would always shut off!And a brand new refrigerator... Samsung... it was a nightmare!!!
