Once it was possible to open the door for potential buyers in vacant houses during the pandemic, we found ourselves with two offers just as things opened up. ZillowVERIFIED So some 18 years ago we took a look at this house in Nyack. Nancy was early in her career so she was at the open house. We liked it but the price was too high for. Nancy recommended we make a bid as she knew the Owner's were very motivated to sell. We did and within days we negotiated a price we could afford. Nancy handled all of our needs professionally and we quickly were in! So after many years of casual acquaintance and seeing her face on what seemed like every other RE shingle in town, our family was in a position where WE were the motivated seller. Nancy quickly assessed the market and told us what we needed to price the house at. Even after a last minute burst pipe delayed putting the house on the market, she hung in with us offer her expertise with contractors, cleaning crews, landscapers, the works. When we finally were ready to get to market Nancy guided us through the staging process and we got 2 legit offers AT AND ABOVE asking (as I said she knew where we needed to be) price. She helped us through the final negotiations, with the minor repairs requested by the buyer and with the final closing- all with grace and professional good cheer! Our experience working with Nancy was great!
