ZillowVERIFIED Nancy is excellent at her job. She helped us buy our home site unseen from Florida by FaceTiming with us. She then met us at the house prior to closing for a walk through. She insured all the details were taken care of for a successful on time closing.

ZillowVERIFIED Cinder showed me a home in Speedway. I had already fell in love with it from the pictures. I was pretty much convinced I was going to buy it. After the walk through I had to obtain another pre approval and she got me in touch with a lender and before midnight struck that same day, I was preapproved and my purchase agreement was complete and signed by me. I did my walk through at four pm. The previous owners signed it before noon the next day. If there was something going on, she was on top of it! Excellent communication between me and her kept things moving very quickly and flawlessly. With the home being in such great shape, there was really no negotiating. But I'm confident if we would have had to do so, it probably would have been just as flawless as the rest of my experience in purchasing this home. There were some other facets to the sale that told me inside how right this home was for me. I would not hesitate to work with Cinder and Nancy again if I needed a real estate team. Cinder is very personable and sweet. I highly recommend working with these ladies, it will definitely take the stress out of purchasing your next home.

ZillowVERIFIED Nancy was great, her knowledge of the local area and market (Downtown Mooresville) led to us selling for a considerable amount more than if we would have listed the property ourselves. There were some minor issues along the way and she handled them smoothly directing us with the best path forward to ensure the sale went through as planned. The level of advertising and weekly metrics received was impressive as well. Highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Nancy is nothing short of a professional. She helped my wife and I, who were first-time home buyers, navigate the process from start to finish with ease. She did a lot of background work on the market to find us the perfect home. We had our offer accepted in a few hours while beating out two other offers. From there, she kept us right on schedule every step of the way until closing. Our closing day was extremely smooth and we can't thank Nancy enough. We would 100% use Nancy again.

ZillowVERIFIED Nancy provided us with superb service! Her reputation for good ethics, and her knowledge of & experience with our local market, are what compelled us to retain her as our realtor. Her expertise in the sale process (market to closing) relieved us from overwhelm in the process. Nancy maintained many forms of communication, even though we were in Alaska for the duration of our sale in Indiana. She always responded with professional poise and care, and she patiently helped us to be aware of & think through our options. We had absolute confidence in her representation of our needs and interests. Ultimately, Nancys negotiation skills brought us a buyer, when other real estate agents failed. She brokered a perfect match for the buyer and for us. We highly recommend Nancy to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED If you want a true professional and expert in the market, you want Nancy to be your realtor. Nancy was great to deal with from the start. She was there to answer any and all questions that we had during the selling of our house. And our house sold so fast!! It was such a pleasure to work with her. If we were staying in Indiana she would be our realtor to purchase our next home.

ZillowVERIFIED I have bought & sold property in TX, FL & central IN. During the past 25 years, I have come in contact with real estate agents who varied from downright ignorant & incompetent to several very good ones. I have known Nancy Warfield for 7 months. She has demonstrated a high quality of professional service. I found her work to be very knowledgeable, relevant, goal-directed & technically excellent. Ms. Warfield impressed me as sensitive, empathic, responsible, conscientious & ethical. Furthermore, she has shown a wide diversity of interests & talents. This seems related to Ms. Warfield's personality: a very bright woman, full of curiosity & ideas, & energetic enough to pursue them well. Underlying this is a pleasant & stimulating woman with a good sense of humor. I recommend Ms. Warfield with enthusiasm & conviction. Without hyperbole, she is the quintessential professional real estate agent. Adolph Moser

ZillowVERIFIED Watched the market and she listed our home at the optimal price. House sold in five days. We were very happy with the price we received and the terms. We were allowed to rent the house back for one month to give us time to find a new house and move. She listened to what we wanted for a new house and we made an offer on a new house (exactly what we wanted) in one week. Both closings went like clockwork and we couldn't be happier! Nancy is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate business and works hard at her job but made us feel like we were her only client. Don't know how she does it. I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling.
