ZillowVERIFIEDNancy was so wonderful to work with and kept us updated on each step of the process when selling our moms house. She went above and beyond with a few items that were not part of the deal (taking out trash bins and letting in a mover). You will not regret working with her. She is the BEST!

ZillowVERIFIED We initially contacted Nancy for a market analysis of our West Lake Okoboji property in Wahpeton, Iowa. She immediately thoroughly researched our property and set a price which was double what others had recommended. The property sold within 8 weeks. During the process Nancy answered our questions immediately, and always prepared us for next stepsaEUR"it was seamless. This was especially important since we live out of state. I would happily recommend Nancy to anyone looking to sell or buy a property. She was amazing!

ZillowVERIFIED Nancy continues to be very helpful in working with us in our property needs. She recently helped us negotiate and purchase a storage unit in West Okoboji. She made it a very easy process, checking on details to make sure we had every thing ready for the closing. We would highly recommend working with Nancy. Doug and Donna Fisher

ZillowVERIFIED Nancy worked with us on 2 homes, buying a larger home and selling the one we were living in. She was very responsive, coming to us at the hospital and to our home any time we needed to discuss or sign papers. She followed up on details that needed to be done, over and above those that a realtors would normal work on. She appreciated her support and honesty.Doug and Donna FisherSpirit Lake, Iowa

ZillowVERIFIED Nancy was the perfect realtor for us, her go-getter attitude and advocacy for her clients was key in helping us purchase our home. She was very patient with us as we walked through house after house just not finding the right one. Finally when we did find our home, Nancy guided us with knowledgable tips and advice from her years of experience with many successful sales. I would recommend Nancy to any of my family and friends when they are purchasing/selling their home.

ZillowVERIFIED Beings I had never sold a house before I didn't know what to expect. She did a great job for us but I must say the paper work gets a little ridiculous like everything else.i definitely would send people her way.

ZillowVERIFIED Nancy was very helpful in guiding me through an unfamiliar process of selling a home for a relative. She was thorough and very helpful in checking the house because I live a distance away. She worked hard from start to finish to get the property sold for us.

ZillowVERIFIED From the initial contact exploring property ownership to the final details of closing, Nancy is a professional. And then she followed up with offers to assist in any way necessary. And six months later, if we needed her assistance, I'm sure she'd be very helpful also.

ZillowVERIFIED Nancy is very professional; she finds properties in area's that interest you; she doesn't try to persuade you to something different. She does her homework on like property values and sales and comparisons. She protects whoever she is working for, whether it be the buyer or the seller. She won't sell you out! Very personable.

ZillowVERIFIED We have been in the area for five months and Nancy has been very helpful from day one. Nancy has been very patient with us during the past five months. We have looked at a lot of houses and she pays attention to our wants and needs. She has not taken us to a house that did not fit our list of things we are looking for. Nancy knows the market in this area very well and she has been right about every house we have looked at. Nancy is also a big part of the community and has a lot of contacts in the community to help families moving into the area get adjusted and feel like part of the community.

ZillowVERIFIED I have purchased a lot of homes over my years some good and some bad...Over the years it left a bad taste in my mouth regarding lenders, escrow people and relators but have to say my wife and I were pleased/happy with Nancy...She works with different type of clients even out of state people like ourselves, she will learn the needs of the clients and how they operate since everyone is different and different attitude...She did that for us but we just couldn't make the right deal on a certain house a little over my budget but I will continue to search with her for our out of state house (we live in California)....I recommend Nancy Vierkant

ZillowVERIFIED I had only owned my home in Spirit Lake, IA for one year when I received a job offer out of state. It was very important that I sold my house, and I sold it fast (and preferably made a little bit of a profit while I was at). I chose Nancy to help me with my real estate needs because she came highly recommended from an acquaintance of mine. Nancy was great. She was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond even after I had to leave town for my new position. I sold my house in just four short months, for more than I purchased it for 13 months prior! Nancy was fantastic throughout the entire process and was looking out for my best interests the entire time. If you're looking for a great agent in the Iowa Great Lakes Area, Nancy would be an excellent choice.
