ZillowVERIFIEDI thought I had a good understanding of the real estate market in Long Beach and had arrived at what I thought was a maximum sell price for our property. Nancy had a price in mind that was considerably higher than mine and I was convinced her price was unreasonably high. She ultimately convinced me to list at her number and she had photos taken and the home was listed online. We had two offers in under 24 hours and after some delicate negotiating on Nancy's part, we ended up with a contract over asking! Had I used another agent, my asking price may have been used and tens of thousands of dollars would have been left on the table. If you want top dollar for your property and professional representation, Nancy is your choice!
