ZillowVERIFIED Nancy was great!!! My fiance and I, at the time, were first time home buyers, so we had lots of questions. Whenever we needed them answered, Nancy provided a response in a timely manner. We told her what we liked and she helped us find our dream home. She was very patient with us and did not force her hand just to sell a home. When our friends start to look for homes, we will recommend Nancy 100%!!!Thank you Nancy!

ZillowVERIFIED Nancy was the realtor for our first home and when we moved into our new home recently. She is extremely helpful and patient throughout the process. She has intimate knowledge of homes and what buyers should be aware of. She also provided excellent advice on selling our home. How much to invest to make it saleable without overspending without equivalent return. We would highly recommend her to our family and friends. And to anyone that wants an honest and always available individual that will help you complete this process timely. Thank you Nancy for again finding us a perfect home!

ZillowVERIFIED I chose Nancy because of her in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and her well earned reputation. The entire sales process was professionally handled. Super responsive as if you were her only client. Her proposed sales strategy, estimated time to sell my house, and price was on target. While I was in Fl, buying a home, Nancy arranged for the staging, house photographs and conducted open house. She even helped expedite any township permits required. As a result the sale of my house and closing went very smoothly. All I can say is thank you for working so hard to find a great family to purchase my home. Nancy was super and I highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Nancy for over 10 years now. Back then, we were looking for a house for like two years and Nancy was always pleasant to work with. She never pressured us. Unfortunately, my husband then got laid off and we decided to stop looking. She understood and we continued to to keep in touch. Over our 10 year period, Nancy has helped us rent out my husband's condo and then eventually sold it. She also helped me rent my condo out and just recently, helped me sold it. Throughout all our interactions, Nancy was helpful and worked with us. I would recommend Nancy to anyone looking for a great realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Nancy Steingart is an ultimate professional in real estate transactions. She understands the real estate market, provides sound advice/suggestions and excellent services. I engaged her a little over a year ago to list my property for rent. The tenants were excellent and couldn't be better. Recently, she listed my property for sale. Literally in three days, I had a contract. Thank you Nancy.

ZillowVERIFIED Uneventful; that may sound boring, but that's exactly what you want. Nancy does a great job, as busy as she is, Nancy probably answers the phone 99% of the time (I made an effort not to call on too many evenings) and was always relaxed, pleasant and helpful. I will continue to work with Nancy whenever she is needed and HIGHLY recommend her.

She really goes out of her way to help her clients through the home buying process, and her responsiveness to questions goes above and beyond. She treats you like a friend and not a client.

ZillowVERIFIED I would strongly recommend Nancy Steingart. She was our listing agent in our sale of our home in Metuchen. Nancy was very easy to work with, was always available, and kept a positive attitude throughout the process. The sale could not have gone more quickly (we did an immediate open house, which was well advertised, and within a week we had multiple offers). She helped us maximize those offers and we were very comfortable with the ultimate selling price. As issues came up (inspection issues, delayed closing, etc.) Nancy always provided solid advice, was communicative, and did her best to move the process along. I would recommend her as both a buyer's agent and a seller's agent in a heartbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED Nancy Steingart helped my husband and I purchase our 1st home (condo) and 2nd home (house) within the past 6 years. Both times we worked with her, she made herself more than available to our needs and questions, even coming outside of the area she normally works in to cater to the towns we wanted to look and live in. She even helped us understand how to get our finances in a place that helped us look most desirable to the sellers of the home we purchased, which helped us get the home of our dreams in an extremely competitive market. Nancy is a very easy going person to work with, really lets you explore the homes yourself without being pushy or sell-y and ultimately respects your wishes as the buyer in the end.

ZillowVERIFIED Nancy helped up purchase our first home a few years back, we were so happy with the level of professionalism and her friendly, efficient manner that we had no question that we would call her again when we were ready to move into a bigger home. She helped us find the perfect home, win 2013, as well as helped us with the process of renting our previous home. More recently this year she negotiated the sale the home we have been renting out, she got us the price we were looking for and worked quickly to get our home sold!
