Nancy was amazing and terrific, overall. When we agreed to sell my house, she began to take care of it like it was her own. As first time home buyers, we loved working with Nancy. We were definitely picky and Nancy allowed us to move at our own pace. We probably saw quite a few houses before we were even ready to start making offers. While we worked our way up to getting ready to start making offers, Nancy quietly helped us get up to speed with the entire home buying process and what to expect. She walked us through multiple disclosures and getting us ready to learn how to read them and to how to look for the hidden details. Even as we started getting into pandemic lockdowns, Nancy was able to line up quite a few showings for us when it was possible to get back into our home search. We quickly got to making our first offers in what was soon starting to become a competitive market again. When our dream home came up, Nancy was quick in following up to get our offer accepted mid-week before it got to additional showings over the weekend. Once the offer was accepted, it was a seamless process as Nancy guided us through the escrow process and we finally got the keys to our new home. Post closing, Nancy continued to stay engaged, helping us through some initial work to be done before we moved in, and continues to stay in touch. Nancy is very responsive and has been around for any and all of our questions. She continues to stay in touch to make sure we had everything we needed.

Nancy is amazing! She is not only a true professional but the kindest human being! She is honest, responsive, knowledgeable, resourceful and hard working. I wish everyone we worked with was just like Nancy! She helped us purchase our first home nearly four years ago. Since then, she has stayed in touch with us and has even sent us gifts during the Holidays and when she found out we had a newborn son. Nancy was amazing! As a first-time home buyer, I let her know that I wanted to work with a realtor who would help guide me through the entire process, and Nancy went above and beyond. She took the time to sit down and go over what I could expect and all the paperwork I would receive. I cant overstate how helpful that was as it would have been overwhelming to try to sort through the mountain of disclosure paperwork on my own. Throughout the search and offer phase Nancy was always extremely responsive as she was always just a text away for any questions, and never made me wait with any updates. Nancy is the ultimate real estate agent. From the minute she started representing us she exceeded expectations in every possible area. She hired junk haulers to cart away all the crap we were throwing out, got a handyman to spruce the place up, and even gave decorating advice to the stager to make the house look like a million bucks. Her marketing plan was incredible - once she was done we didn't want to move, since our house looked like the best property on the planet. Nancy was always available to answer questions and give advice, even when she was *out of the country* during an open house. End result: We got more money than we thought the house was worth, and it went from initial listing to closing in *8 days*. Bottom line: If you want to sell your house, you really need to hire Nancy. Seriously, just do it.

She truly cares about her clientele. I wish there were higher marks on a couple of these! In this day and age of electronic communication, Nancy makes it seem like the "olden days" with personal communication. I will use Nancy Reynolds exclusively for all of my real estate needs.
