As first time home buyers, we loved working with Nancy. We were definitely picky and Nancy allowed us to move at our own pace. We probably saw quite a few houses before we were even ready to start making offers. While we worked our way up to getting ready to start making offers, Nancy quietly helped us get up to speed with the entire home buying process and what to expect. She walked us through multiple disclosures and getting us ready to learn how to read them and to how to look for the hidden details. Even as we started getting into pandemic lockdowns, Nancy was able to line up quite a few showings for us when it was possible to get back into our home search. We quickly got to making our first offers in what was soon starting to become a competitive market again. When our dream home came up, Nancy was quick in following up to get our offer accepted mid-week before it got to additional showings over the weekend. Once the offer was accepted, it was a seamless process as Nancy guided us through the escrow process and we finally got the keys to our new home. Post closing, Nancy continued to stay engaged, helping us through some initial work to be done before we moved in, and continues to stay in touch.
