She was very patient and answered all of our questions thoroughly and made sure to find the answers to the ones she didn't know off hand. We were set on getting a new build and she was so knowledgeable on all of the different builders it made comparing pros/cons easy. She asked questions we didn't even think to ask as we were touring different model homes. She always kept in mind what our musts were. At the beginning she explained the home buying process so we knew what to expect. If we had questions she was a call or text away and we were always satisfied with the information she provided. She was always available to show us homes when we requested. There was absolutely no pressure and we never felt forced to make an offer until we found the right home. We had specific terms we were hoping for when purchasing which we knew might make the process a bit more difficult. However, with Nancy's fantastic negotiation skills, we did not have to sacrifice anything and got the exact terms we wanted. The entire process was so much easier than expected. If there ever comes a time where we are searching for another home, we know who our realtor will be!
