ZillowVERIFIEDSo much greatness can be said about this wonderful woman. We worked with Ms. Nancy for almost 1yr (that's just how picky I was being). She was there the entire time going above and beyond. After being in the military for so long, I was being extremely specific about what I was looking for in our forever home. Because we were first time buyers, we had lots of questions. She educated us on buying new constructed vs. move in ready and building, all the intimidating language, she answered every question I felt was a "dumb" question without making me feel as if it were. Keeping us informed via text, email or phone. Non-biased, straight forward (like a mother would). We didn't feel like clients or a pay check, we became family. She was there even after we closed and still checks in on us. She helped us find our forever home and I could't be more grateful to her.

ZillowVERIFIEDWhen my husband got orders to move to Fort Benning from Fort Campbell, I was a nervous wreck. It was our first Military PCS and I was a young Army wife. I had no clue where to even start when looking to rent or purchase a house over 200 miles away. I expressed my interest in one of the houses posted on Zillow and Nancy contacted me. From the first time I spoke with her over the phone I knew I had found the right one. She was SO patient and kind. She expressed her thoughts on places and houses. She even went as far to say that she wouldn't let us buy something that she wouldn't want her daughter living in. She knew we were first time home buyers and took care of us like we were family. We have since moved from Fort Benning and we of course have Nancy managing our rental house. It has been a breeze from the day she contacted me. I have and would recommend her to any of my friends or family.
