ZillowVERIFIEDThe Nancy Jenkins Team is truly a professional real estate group. From our very first meeting, after we shared our criteria for an ideal investment property, they were organized, highly responsive, and clearly knowledgeable about the market. They explained each step of the buying process in clear, easy-to-understand language, and their communication throughout was excellent. We would highly recommend the Nancy Jenkins Team to anyone seeking experienced, detail-oriented real estate professionals. Mulu Tewelde and . Ephrem Gebreselasie

ZillowVERIFIED This past week, we closed on our first home, using Nancy Jenkins Real estate. We had a really smooth time working with Sam Keeper. He is a buyer specialist which we really appreciated. Sam was always available to answer our questions and always picked up phone calls whenever we needed anything. He in the entire Nancy Jenkins team, made buying our first home, very manageable from the very first meeting up until beyond closing day. We originally contacted Nancy Jenkins, because of their great reviews, and they definitely lived up to them. We would definitely recommend Sam and Nancy Jenkins to our friends and family as an added bonus, they have a moving truck which you can use for free as part of purchasing or selling a home with them.

ZillowVERIFIED To have my first offer accepted for my first ever home purchase (in this crazy market) is a testament to their experience and knowledge. So thankful to Lori for her patience and guidance during this stressful process. Carol, Tabitha and the rest of team at Nancy Jenkins were wonderful as well. And access to their moving van is an added bonus. I am so happy in my dream home!

ZillowVERIFIED We are so extremely happy with the way Ali assisted us in selling our property. Because of her, it was quick and easy. We were impressed with both her, Tabitha and the team for the assistance they gave us in what could have been a long and tiring process. We have used other realtors in the past and we were completely amazed at our end result with The Nancy Jenkins Team. We will never look elsewhere! We highly recommend them and we are so grateful for all they have done for us!

ZillowVERIFIED Prior to buying a home, we had always heard what a nightmare the process is. That was not the case for us, and thats all thanks to Kelsey and the Nancy Jenkins team. Kelsey held our hand through the entire process, from searching for a home to closing on one that we love! Everything was explained to us in ways that we could understand so that we could make educated decisions. We were given helpful tips and reminders as we got closer to closing date, making that transition very easy. Communication was fast and professional with everyone on the team. With the added stresses of a pandemic, I am grateful to the Nancy Jenkins team for making what most would call a very high-stress situation, manageable.

ZillowVERIFIED My real estate agent, Alison Barges, who is a Listing/Selling Partner at Nancy Jenkins was simply amazing to work with and comes highly recommended based on my experience with her right out of the gate. From the first call to the very last detail (literally the day before closing) she was there day or night via text, email or phone call and was 100% reliable and impressively responsive throughout the entire process. My being a complete novice in the area of selling a home, I couldn't have chosen a more reliable realtor to partner with. The material she prepared in advance of our first meeting was extremely helpful and impressive including, but certainly not limited to, the research of the comps in my area for ensuring the setting of the right price. There wasn't a single question that she didn't have the answer to, no matter how trivial or complex. With my being someone who values the smallest of details and who asks a ton of questions, Alison was the epitome of professionalism no matter the topic or the time of day. More importantly, her knowledge of the industry and negotiation skills were clearly evident and so useful throughout the process. I cannot thank her enough for being the right realtor for me. If you want the job done right and a realtor that will be tentative to your needs and in your corner every step of the way, not to mention getting you the best deal; Alison is the one. Give her a call today.

ZillowVERIFIED From beginning to end, our experience with the Nancy Jenkins team, lead masterfully by Andrea Hossley, was exceptional. The fact that we were moving from out of state in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic made our situation very difficult. But Andrea went out of her way, with FaceTime showings, walk-through, etc. to help us find our new forever home. Her knowledge of the local market, contacts with inspectors, lawyers, mortgage brokers, and local retailers made our experience as seamless as possible. She was always extremely responsive, helpful and cheerful. We recommend her and the team without reservations.

ZillowVERIFIED We were so fortunate to work with Andrea to buy our new home. She was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable about the area/market/service providers, flexible with our many different requests and all-around a pleasure to work with. The market in Chittenden (and surrounding!) County has been incredibly competitive and Andrea was relentless in helping us find our perfect property, I could not recommend her and the Nancy Jenkins team more highly.

ZillowVERIFIED Our realtor, Andrea, with Nancy Jenkins Real Estate was incredibly helpful in our home buying process. We first met her as the listing agent on a house we requested to see. So often, those agents jump at the chance to snatch up a new client who is not currently represented in a some times obnoxious, in your face way. We had the complete opposite experience with Andrea. She respected that we weren't interested in an agent right away and wanted to take our time looking on our own. She was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and drama free. After we found a place we liked, we hired her to help us through the process since she was the only agent we'd met while searching that wasn't desperately trying to convince us why we should hire them. The whole process went smoothly and everyone we came into contact with through the agency was police and helpful. I'd highly recommend them and Andrea specifically!

ZillowVERIFIED I felt welcomed as soon as I walked into the Nancy Jenkins office. I was a first time home buyer and Andrea outlined the whole process, so that I would not feel overwhelmed. She also listened to what my wants and needs were including price point. Andrea was calm and supportive the whole way through, even answering texts and walking me through the offer paperwork while she was on vacation because I put in an offer the day that she left! I had gone into the home buying process a bit scared, working with Andrea and the rest of the team at Nancy Jenkins made the whole process seem easy and pretty fun! I would highly suggest using them for your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I recently bought our first home with Andrea Hossley, and we have so many positive things to say! Andrea was incredibly responsive and would rearrange her schedule if needed to show us a place or walk us through part of the buying process. As first-time buyers, we were really lucky to have her guidance and advice during showings and then when we decided to make an offer. She was there with us at every step, and always had a positive attitude and good sense of humor. She also recommended a great inspector and contractors. Having free use of the Nancy Jenkins moving van as a closing gift was also a big benefit. We love our new home, and are really glad we worked with Andrea and the rest of the team.

ZillowVERIFIED I am beyond thankful that I purchased my home with Alison Barges of Nancy Jenkins Real Estate. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and worked hard to ensure that our transaction was closed as efficiently as possible. As a newcomer to Vermont, the real estate process is a bit different than what I was used to and Alison took the time to not only walk me through all of those differences, but she also worked in concert with all the others players in my transaction to make sure we were all on the same page. Alison is dedicated to supporting her clients in any way she can. The staff at Nancy Jenkins are awesomely kind, professional, and helpful. The reputation of Nancy and her team does truly not disappoint.

ZillowVERIFIED Andrea Hossley was beyond amazing to work with. My (now) husband and I were getting married less than 2 weeks before we were closing on our house, super stressed about everything, and Andrea kept such a level head about everything. It was a very rocky road with our particular seller, but Andrea took us under her wing and advocated for us. She was very responsive to messages from us, and always explained things in terms we could understand aEUR" and as first time home buyers, that was a lot! I would recommend Andrea from the Nancy Jenkins team any day.

ZillowVERIFIED We have used the Nancy Jenkins team to sell two homes and purchased one in the last 7 years. Each of those transactions have been exceptionally successful. The knowledgeable staff that supported us from Nancy's team were totally responsible for the ease in which these transfers were executed. The first property took 20 months to sell. This I believe was a result of our reluctance to replace an outdated carpet in the finished basement. Nancy recommended that investment when we first contracted her services. Ultimately we did as she recommended, one week later the home was sold. She knows her business. The second home was sold in two days! What can be said about that? Nancy has invested in the latest state of the art real estate photography equipment and it is what I believe contributed to the quick sale of our home. The negotiation skills of our agent resulted in elimination of 4 of the 6 inspections (our expense) and the buyers additional $5000to their offer. Hard to beat that. I have to admit, I thought about selling our second home by owner. Had I completed that approach, my sale would have been almost $50,000 less than what the Nancy Jenkins team resulted for us.

ZillowVERIFIED During a wild and hot market, the Nancy Jenkins team were there with me every step of the way. I enjoyed working with each of them. They were responsive and very knowledgeable and so nice to a novice like myself. Each member of the Team deserves special praise.Listing Agent Nancy Jenkins and Buyer Broker Patti Brinkerhoff were awesome. No matter when I called, they replied, proactively checking at every stage that what was needed was provided. They offered courier service, a van for moving but most of all, they offered themselves, totally and wholly committed to do what I asked them to do, to sell my family home and find me a smaller one. Their level of expertise and service was beyond compare. I will always go to Nancy Jenkins for my real estate needs. She has sage advice, she is sensible and grounded, and she has an infectious spirit.

ZillowVERIFIED Nancy and her team are the very best. I previously listed the house with three different agencies, as well as for sale by owner, and the local "Picket Fence Previews," a for sale by owner publication. None of the previous agents sold the house over a period of nearly ten years. I hired Nancy as my agent to sell the house and that is exactly what she did. She made recommendations on specific things that needed to be done to the house including painting and some minor repairs. Nancy and her team helped me hire the workman to get the jobs done quickly and all at very favorable prices. Nancy and her team worked closely with my in the preparation of "Seller Property Information Disclosure" as well as the physical brochures and the online listings to show the house well. They created a 3D walkthrough of the house which I think was very helpful in getting traction with potential buyers. Her team regularly reported back to me on the showings and provided detailed feedback on comments through the many buyers that looked at the house. We had an offer in a little more than two months, Nancy worked diligently to address the many contingencies, and spearheaded all the steps to get to a successful closing. Having worked with many other real estate agents in the past, without hesitation I recommend Nancy and her team over all of the rest. They are very organized, go way beyond the expected, and did everything possible to get a good selling price in a reasonably short period of time.

ZillowVERIFIED Andrea and the Nancy Jenkins team were AMAZING!!As my agent, Andrea was on it 24/7, even replying to emails and texts in the wee hours as I searched for a home. Andrea was instrumental in avoiding a major disaster during the government shutdown, which held up my loan approval. She worked with the sellers and convinced them to hold off on closing for more than a month! And she gave me great advice and negotiated hard to make sure the deal didn't fall apart. I was amazed at how effectively she handled things, it was like a walk in the park her. Long story short, we closed and even the sellers were all smiles at the end. Highly recommend Andrea and the Nancy Jenkins team to anyone looking to buy a home or condo. Ryan

ZillowVERIFIED This was the second time we worked with Nancy and her team. Their professionalism, knowledge, efficiency, and attention to details were prominent and appreciated throughout the process. Nancy was at our side every step of the way. She helped us with valuable staging suggestions months before we listed the property, she was there when the last signature was inked at the closing, and she was there for everything else in between. We were pleased with the quality of the marketing materials, and the number of media choices where the listing appeared. The photos were great, and the virtual reality tour in the online listings was a great touch that few realtors in our area offer. I lost count of how many showings we had, but I can can say that there were more than I dared hope for. We received multiple offers, and a sales agreement was signed in less than a week and a half. I'm sure I'll work with Nancy again in the future. Nothing says more about how pleased we have been with the experience than that!

ZillowVERIFIED Coming from New York, we had no realtorconnections in VT; but we had a general sense of what area(s) we wanted to search. The realtor Nancy Jenkins appointed to us was Richard Elkins. When Richard began working with us on the houses we targeted, everything became so much easier. His knowledge of the area, his openness and friendliness in making us feel at ease with our first foray into home ownership, and his guidance on the machinations of closing on a property made our first home purchase a very happy and successful endeavor. ZillowVERIFIED Alison showed me all around Chittenden Country one weekend to look at homes, although I didn't buy that weekend, she and I learned a lot about what I was looking for, and we had a lot of fun. Since I was looking from out of state, she was able to go and see promising homes at a moment's notice, and so when my home did come up, we were on it. She was the first in the see it and we had it under contract within 24 hours. She was hugely helpful advising me through the details of my first home purchase. And the Nancy Jenkins office was amazing at helping me navigate a few financing bumps along the way. I had a wonderful experience with Alison and Nancy Jenkins Real Estate. ZillowVERIFIED Our agent with Nancy Jenkins gave us excellent advice on preparing our home for sale, including a prioritized list of improvements and repairs to make. We feel confident that her advice helped us get under contract in less than 48 hours! On the purchasing side, her excellent sense of the value of the homes we looked at helped steer us away from a couple of disasters. She spent the better part of a year seeing us through our house hunt and was extremely helpful and patient through out. Once we were under contract, we also had great support from the rest of the Nancy Jenkins agency to complete all of the steps to close.
