ZillowVERIFIEDHoly smokes..avoid this realtor at all costs. We were her listing at 1015 NE 112 St Biscayne Park. It was a fully occupied duplex with happy, paying tenants until we signed with Nancy to sell the property. One unit left & explicitly stated that Nancy was the reason. The tenant in other unit was extremely upset with Nancy and complained to me daily but was still under lease so they stayed. As for the sale of the property. As someone who has bought & sold 100+ properties, I can tell you that this whole thing was mismanaged and an absolute amateur hour, ending with me paying for a lot of things that I shouldn't have paid for. Honestly, it felt like she was working for the buyer and DEFINITELY not looking out for my best interests. Ultimately, I think this is just a desperate person who will do anything for a quick commission. Later did I find the lengthy list of negative reviews on Experience Dot Com and it all started to make sense. I was fooled by the positive Zillow reviews & her initial sales pitch - turns out Nancy actually Knows Nothing.

Whenever we would email her a listing that we liked she would respond immediately with very important insight (ie: "I just want you to know that house has the train railways passing through it, but if you'd like to look at it we certainly can" or "that house is in a cul de sac, you'd like it"). When we finally found our dream house and it was time to negotiate, she was amazing; she knew exactly what points to make in order to justify our offer and got us an amazing price. She is a very hard worker and her team is also wonderful, they are super organized and guide you through the closing process with a check list and reminders. When we finally got the keys to our new house Nancy came to visit with a plate of home baked cake! She really goes above and beyond to make sure she gets the best for her clients. I really cannot say enough great things about Nancy. We've worked with various realtors in the past and she is hands down the best realtor in Miami!

She was honest, direct, trustworthy, keeps her word, and fought for us every step of the way even in our very specific situation that most realtors would shy away from. Her and her entire team are quick, on point, and responsive - which is a big win by Miami standards! She has incredible knowledge of the Upper East Side of Miami, which is where we were looking to buy. It seemed like she knew everything street by street, and she does. Now, selling our property there's no one else we would think of asking to be on our side.

I am constantly in touch with her as I have 4 rental properties and she advises me when I ask. She REALLY knows the business and yes, she is very aggressive - which I personally think its great! She is a warrior and on my side ;-) I dont do anything related to real estate before consulting her. It is very hard to trust in realtors in Miami. She knows her stuff. She will work for you and fight for you. If my family is in a good financial situation now, is because of her. She not only sold us houses, she coached us thru the process and this is golden! I consider myself very well educated now because of her sharing her knowledge with us.When I met Nancy in a house showing I had another realtor and I dropped her right away to work with Nancy. I felt that she could help us! My husband and I were buying out first home. She is loyal, she really knows the business, she won't sugar coat anything, she will be very honest, even if it hurts to hear. But she is amazing! She negotiated our first house in 2012 - I was dreaming of my first house buying but she made me see that specific house (a duplex fixer upper) was going to put us in a great financial place eventually so then I could look for the dream one. She helped during the renovation process with reliable and inexpensive contractors that we still work with.She convinced us to buy that first house with NUMBERS, proving that was a good deal, not with sweet talk. That house today is worth 2.5 times more - thanks to Nancy and her team.I know her family, they are very nice! I know where she is coming from. She is not mean, she is just straight forward and some (ego) sensitive people just can't take the truth! I dont think its easy to be a serious real estate professional in Miami with so many "wanna be's" out there. I would think she needs to "kill a lion" a day.. I'm very happy to have her professional and personal care on my side.BIG THANKS NANCY!

ZillowVERIFIED First rented a house from Nancy in 2011. As the renter and she represented the owners she was on my side to negotiate a lower rent. Used her in 2013 to buy a house and she made amazing things happen. She got me a house that only cash buyers made offers because of a leaky roof. The contract allowed me to make repairs at my own expense and then bought the house with financing. Incredible! No other realtor would spend time selling a house that was not her listing with the work it took to make repairs and get financing. The best realtor in the world.
