Nancy was exactly what we wanted after a bad experience. She helped us find our house, was helpful throughout the process and answered all our questions by explaining in a way that was easy to understand. The process wasnt long and She never made us feel uncomfortable. Youre at a right place if you want a very professional realtor.

Moving from out of state, we relied heavily on Nancy to find a home that met our needs in a wooded area close to our daughter. No small order, but Nancy came through. She is professional, knowledgeable, and personable. We recommend her without reservation.

Nancy just helped us buy our first home. With it being out first time she was great with answering any questions we had, or pointing us in the right direction to find answers. There were some complications with the sellers which she was always up front about, and she was good about letting us know what next steps to expect, so we never felt left in the dark. The only thing I wish our side would have been more firm on is holding some money in escrow for damages/cleaning because our house was left an absolute mess, which led to us having to dish out more money for cleaning services before we could even begin moving in. All in all working with Nancy was a very pleasant experience. I'm not sure how realtors are assigned when you schedule to look through houses on Zillow, but I'm glad she was picked for us back when we first started looking. I highly recommend her.

Nancy is a true Professional. A breath of fresh air in an industry that can be fraught with misleaders and disingenuous people only worried with making a sale, She is not one of those people. Down to earth with a positive can-do attitude. She took the time to explain process we were unfamiliar with (in PA State) and the honesty to let us know if she felt a property was a good fit for our Family. Nancy was flexible, accessible, attentive and quick to respond to requests. I could call Nancy and give the dates and times we we able to see homes ,and she always made it work. Also, he was very instructive with negotiate with prospective sellers for our home. Her experience counts when most needed. I am proud to say that we now consider her a part of out Family, and always will.. Thank you Nancy. If anyone has a doubt , don't. Consider yourself Lucky to be paired up with her.

Nancy was such a breath of fresh air to work with! She truly listened to my needs early in the process as well as my wants!During the mortgage closing process, as a first time home buyer, she was so positive and encouraging. Her response time was impeccable and reassuring. Without a doubt she helped make this long process, bearable.
