Every seller wants to walk away with the most money for their home, but they need to speak with a trusted real estate professional to guide them through the process. Working without a realtor could in the long run cost them thousands of dollars.
I have worked with all types of clients. Being an onsite agent with a major national builder, I understand the new construction process. Even in new construction, you need to have a buyer's agent to protect YOUR interests. The onsite agent works for the seller, not you. I've also worked with Veterans, worked in the Luxury Home Market, worked with Seniors, first time homebuyers, move up buyers and am Certified in the Relocation Market.
I am very fortunate to have outstanding clients who don't mind picking up the phone even after they have closed to either say hello or ask for recommendations on painters, etc.
After we purchased our second new home in the Charlotte area, the onsite agent in the neighborhood we bought in asked if I would help him out part time in the office with paperwork and greeting customers. I fell in love with real estate and decided I wanted to make a difference in peoples lives too.
Education is ongoing for every full time real estate professional. Besides my certifications, I also find it important to keep a pulse on the real estate market outside of my area in order to better serve my clients moving here to Charlotte.
