ZillowVERIFIED I am living out of state and wanted to sell my rental in California. The home needed plenty of repairs and as I was not there to supervise them.So Nancy handled all of that for me. She recommended the contractors and even picked out flooring and wall paint. The whole process took about a month and the home sold within a weeks time. Nancy made sure we got all the offers in before jumping to the first offer. She definitely knows how to negotiate the best deal and walked me through the whole process. She listened to my needs and made sure everything was covered. She really made the process so much easier. I would definitely recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

She is attentive, thorough and very flexible. Whenever we had any concern, she would work on it straight away. We never had any problem communicating with her. Any text/email/call would be answered in less than 8 hours. She provided us with simple guidance on how to get our house ready. Thanks to her, our house was sold in less than a month after open-house and for more money than we thought possible. The whole process went faster that we had to scramble to find a new place. Prior to working with Nancy, I had been trying to Short-Sale my condo with another agent who I realize now had no idea what they were doing. Nancy took on my cluster-mess with positive enthusiasm, professionalism, and was quick to respond to my messages, and get my questions answered. Within a day of talking to her, she had taken pictures of my condo and listed it on the MLS.....I was shocked in the effort and difference of quality she had listed it as in comparison to my prior agent. Originally she was representing the owner of the first house we were interested in, but after the deal fell through (through nobodys fault), we decided to retain her as our agent. She is honest and reliable. Always responsive in replying any calls or text. While we were in hurry to find a house in this buyers market, she encourage us to take our time and be careful. The people she retains to work for us was also very reliable. Not once in our experience, she ever mislead, pressure, or persuade us to close any deal we were not 100% sure of.
