During my home shopping process, she was very helpful with all of my needs and questions as we visited various homes. After I made an offer on the home I purchased, she was there for me every step of the way, making sure all of the inspections were done on time and she was with me for each appointment.Nancy had to run around to arrange the C of O the day before my settlement date, because the listing agent on the home I was purchasing did not do her job properly and schedule the inspection earlier. I was in jeopardy of having to move my settlement date out a whole week. Nancy went above and beyond to make sure that didnt happen. Well, actually Nancy went above and beyond for me multiple times during the whole process. She treats her clients as if they were her family members. ZillowVERIFIED I'd like to start this review with by saying that prior to listing with Nancy Casey, we had listed with another realtor for nearly a year and had 3 sales of our home fall through due to the lack of attention by that unnamed realtor. Needless to say, we were already exasperated and in no mood for another train wreck like the one we had just gone through. Nancy did not walk into the best situation when she met us. We were already distrustful of realtors and quite cynical after moving in and out of our house 3 times. After our initial experience, we interviewed 4 different realtors and were immediately impressed with Nancy's proposal. Her assessment of our property was realistic and it was backed up with accurate comps from our area. She and her assistant Fran took time to talk to us to discuss our needs and come up with a sales plan, staging ideas and most importantly to reassure us that they would see things through. Our neighborhood was a fast sinking ship of foreclosures, and dropping property values. We were just cresting the wave of the housing market collapse and were thinking there very well may be no way out... We priced our house as recommended, put it on the market and crossed our fingers, leaving our house in Nancy's hands. We listed our house and had an offer the very next day from a buyer that had been out-bid on another house in our neighborhood. I'm not sure that I can say anything more impressive than that. I can't explain the relief that I felt as we sat across the table from our buyer, Nancy at our side, and signed the paperwork to finally be free of the stress we had encountered for the past year. I sit now, writing this review in the comfort of our new home and know beyond the shadow of a doubt that it wouldn't have been so without the quick actions taken by Nancy and her team. If we were to ever sell again, Nancy would be the first and only person I would call.
