About Nancy Carleton

Moved to Edgecomb, Maine in my teens. We lived in a house that was perched on the Sheepscot River with sweeping views of the river and across to Westport Island. It was a spectacular introduction to Maine for this Philadelphia girl! I quickly became a fan of celebrating sunsets on the water and "favorite" rocks to perch and contemplate life by the water. My business education was 14 years of working/learning at Bath Iron Works, a shipyard that builds Navy Destroyers, which sits on the west shore of the Kennebec River in Bath. I worked with some of the "best of the best" and learned good organizational and computer skills. I also had the good fortune to work with a consulting group, Advanced Management Catalyst, Inc. There I learned the listening skills that have served me so well for many years. My diverse business background, and my love of the Maine Coast and the small towns along the MidCoast, as well as interest and knowledge in homes and home designs, all come together to help me provide exceptional service to my clients. I have been selling Real Estate since 2002 and have intimate knowledge of the business and the area. I look forward to each day with new faces and new challenges, all of which help me to become a better broker and a better person!
