ZillowVERIFIED Nancy is friendly, efficient, knowledgeable about the local market, prices the house correctly and completes the sale process without any surprises. Our house sold in an hour, cash and the closing took place in three weeks. All of this was completed professionally even though we were not in residence. Would recommend without hesitation.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Nancy as buyer's agent during our home search in Naples in 2020 and cannot recommend her highly enough. We had a basic idea of the type of home we wanted and a definite idea of the location we wanted. Nancy is incredibly knowledgeable about the Naples market and knows the nuances of every development. She kept us apprised of new listings and also had the inside track on homes that were not yet listed, which was very critical in the competitive Naples market. Nancy is a skilled and very well respected professional. She and her team were in constant communication with us, always accessible and attended to every detail of our transaction. It was a pleasure to work with Nancy and her team and we unreservedly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED I recently sold my condo in Naples, Florida. Nancy Burgess and her team, including Lynn and David, provided me with professional, strategic and valuable assistance. When I first planned to move to Naples, Nancy helped me find and purchase my condo and I greatly enjoyed living there. When my plans had to change, Nancy and her team were there to assist me again. While my condo was for sale, Nancy stayed in close communication, provided helpful advice on how I could improve the condo to make it more attractive to prospective buyers. I greatly appreciate the hard work, good advice and overall my experience with Nancy and her team. I highly recommend Nancy Burgess to anyone considering purchasing or selling real estate.

ZillowVERIFIED Fantastic agent. Listened and supported our requests and directions. An added benefit is that her husband, David, is also a knowledgable and experienced agent that works with her and her clients. Would give Nancy a higher rating in all categories if I could.

ZillowVERIFIED The Nancy Burgess team provided comprehensive support through the process. They sold our home very quickly, and were able to manage an incredibly short contract to close period of less than 3 weeks. Despite very short timeframes, everything went perfectly. The have a great local knowledge and network.

ZillowVERIFIED Nancy and her team were fantastic. As an out of state seller, I was concerned about the ease of transacting from a distance. Nancy and her team used electronic signatures wherever possible. In addition, her team provided full service and coordination from start to finish. This included calls to getting cleaners and contractors to the home. Every aspect of the transaction was flawless.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with the Nancy Burgess Team was absolutely fantastic! They were all very quick in any information that I needed. They kept me in the loop at all times no matter how big or small the information was. Going through a divorce was a difficult enough process, but when it came to selling the house, all three (Sarah, Nancy, and David) made it a breeze. I am now wanting to buy a home and will be using the Nancy Burgess Team. Thank you again guys...I really appreciate all your above and beyond duties.

ZillowVERIFIED "Nancy and her team deliver an unbeatable combination of true real estate market knowledge and top-notch customer service. I was very pleased with the attention and guidance I received when I bought my first home in Florida with them in 2012. Then, in 2014 I decided to work with Nancy Burgess again to sell my home. I was very impressed to see how hard they worked to sell my home in just 3 short months. They gave me weekly marketing updates, they professionally photographed my home, they paid to feature my home on the local TV News, they Advertised all the Open Houses in the local newspapers and online. They actively mailed my neighborhood information on my home. They gave me weekly showing feedback and brought me a sales contract in which we have now successfully closed on. Would highly recommend this team. Nancy really knows how to both market and sell Naples, FL Real Estate."

ZillowVERIFIED The team was very helpful in my purchase of the condo in Naples, Fl. I would recommend the team to other buyers and sellers in the Naples area. Their time-line of events that were to take place after the price was established was found to be of much help.

ZillowVERIFIED The woman is awesome! My wife and I bought a home in Longshsore Lake from her early in 2012 and Nancy was able to stay on top of every detail better than any other real estate agent I've ever dealt with (and I've been through 7 RE transactions over the years). She has just the right amount of communication without being pushy, knows the area very well, astute about real estate market trends and finally, top notch professional and ethical. You will be very pleased with her, A happy customer.

ZillowVERIFIED Nancy is on top of her game like no one else I know. Once she gets a feel for what you want, she will stop at nothing to find it for you. She is motivated and driven and a master in negotiation skills. She is also very honest. She will tell you if the property you love is not a good deal. I had dealt with many realtors before I found her and not a one could compare. I can't imagine there is another local realtor as knowledgable as Nancy Burgess.

ZillowVERIFIED Nancy knows Longshore. She lives in the community, and stays in touch with all of the activities, to keep prospective buyers informed. I didn't even consider another agent when selling our home. We got two cash contracts on the house in less than 2 weeks. What more could you ask??
