(CPRES) and Luxury Homes Certification, National Association of Realtors (NAR). Nancy lived in the Playa Del Ray, Westchester area when she first moved to California. She worked at law firms in Westwood and Beverly Hills. Nancy and Steve were married in 1982 and lived in Long Beach--where her husband's dental practice was located. They moved to Fountain Valley in 1985, where they raised their 5 children. Nancy managed the dental practice, while staying busy with 5 kids. Steve was diagnosed at at 50 with Parkinson's Disease and they sold the practice. Nancy went back to school in 2005 at OCC where two of her son's were attending--took the classes to get her real estate license and later, her broker's license. Their oldest son, Corey, has assisted Nancy in real estate over the past 11+ years. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Realty, Nancy was a top performer at previous companies. While at Century 21, she was honored numerous times Including the prestigious Corporate Relentless Agent Award for going above & Beyond. Six agents each quarter are selected out of 52,000 nationwide. That was quite the honor.
