She was incredibly attentive and answered all my questions, and was always available for a phone call. I never felt unsure about any aspect of the process. She was an excellent negotiator and the house sold at asking price. She even spent hours with me helping to clean up the house, bagging items for donation and helping put trash on the street. She not only brought real estate knowledge, but also knew trusted services that could expedite cleaning and removal of unwanted furniture and possessions. Remember, this was when the Pandemic was raging in 2020 and so many services were either on lockdown or very attenuated. Nancy also went as far as picking up the mail and transmitting it to my brother, the executor of the estate. Through her advice and the professional services we were able to sell my parent's home in a timely manner, and at a fairly negotiated price. It was clear that Nancy sincerely cared about our needs at a time of loss and confusion.

ZillowVERIFIED Just like everything else in this time of Covid-19, Real Estate transactions aren't normal. Our Situation: This was our first (& probably only) long distance home sale. We're in Virginia. Nancy and the house are on Long Island, NY. Nancy helped us navigate all the new rules for house showings and told us exactly what we needed to do to get the house ready for sale. Because house showings were just starting up again, there was a very large number of people who she showed the house to (over 80!)She gave us a list of real estate attorneys that came highly recommended. We were delighted with Joe Bondi. (but that's another review). She presented all the offers (there were about 25!) and gave us just the facts. We were impressed with her impartiality and enthusiasm, without pressuring us.She went the extra mile to meet with contractors and vendors at the home because we could not.
