ZillowVERIFIED Nan is a go getter. If any questions, she gets back to you right away. She has contacts in all areas of home ownership. If not, she'll check with her colleagues for referrals. My current sale went so fast. We talked one day and within a couple of days, she had an offer. A few years back, my husband wanted the other half of our duplex sold. The catch? He wanted it sold within 30 days. Well, Nan accepted the challenge, found a buyer and we closed within 2 1/2 months of when my husband first talked with her. She's a hard worker, warm and welcoming. I mention her name every chance I get.

Has first time home-buyers, my husband and I had a ton of concerns and questions and Nan helped EVERY step along the way, making it far more painless than we had ever imagined. Even after purchasing our home she got us a beautiful rug for our entry way and we had a wonderful celebration dinner (something every other home-buyer I have talked to says is unheard of). She was there for us when we hit a few home-owner issues in our home and made those far less stressful as well!
