Arnaut Realty is a boutique real estate brokerage in Oregon that I founded in August 2022, after years of working in the industry and obtaining my principal broker license. My goal is to provide personalized and high-quality service to every client, treating them as family and not just as customers. As the owner and principal broker, I oversee all aspects of the business, from marketing and sales to operations and finance. I also manage a team of agents who share my vision and values, and who are committed to delivering exceptional results. Naida is amazing. We met by chance and my husband and I liked her from the start. We had looked at houses with two other realtors and one was way too pushy and the other wasn't very responsive. Naida is not pushy and she responds at all hours of the day! If it wasn't for Naida my husband and I would still be living in a small apartment. We live off one income and didn't have much saved. We thought owning a house was just a dream. Naida told us about the USDA program and because she did we were able to get a brand new house no money down, and she even got us 10,000 in closing costs, which allowed us to buy down our interest rate to 2.25! She was even able to negotiate to hace the sellers fix and repair the sewer line going out to the street. I am more than happy with our first house and I WILL be using Naida when we are ready to buy our next house! I highly recommend her. She has a very bright future ahead of her. Not to mention she gives the BEST house warming gifts!
