ZillowVERIFIED From day one Nadine was on top of every detail. From pricing to staging to open houses and showings her expertise was 100%. Proof positive the house was sold in 21 days. There was no stone left unturned between her, us, and her team, who also did an excellent job. Though weve temporarily moved from the area we are certain if we move back Nadine Simantov gets the first call.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Nadine was a great experience. She was very confident and reassuring and found us exactly the kind of home we were looking for, as well getting our previous home sold at asking price. She was quick to respond to any questions we had, no matter how trivial they may have been. I would definitely work with her again and would highly recommend her to anyone interested in selling or buying a home.

ZillowVERIFIED My house was sold in twelve hours. Nadine is extremely thorough, she knew exactly when to list. During the process Nadine and Lauren kept us in the loop on every detail. Nadine knows how to price a house. We received ten thousand over asking price. I would definitely recommend Nadine and her office.

ZillowVERIFIED Nadine is one of a very few realtors that skilled not only in the advertising/marketing area, but also in the unconventional ways to sale. She might not be the most entertaining person to work with, but she gets job done. My house was sold in a matter of a week for the price far above of what I was expecting. She was always available during sale process; all my questions were answered same day. She also gave a few valuable advise on how to proceed.

ZillowVERIFIED The first time I met Nadine was at the site (what is now my condo) in Warwick, PA. I thought she was friendly, confident and knowledgeable about the business of realty. Her assistant, Nicole, was also helpful in the process of completing paperwork for the sale. I'm happy with the place I now call home. Thank you, Nadine.Henry Garcia

ZillowVERIFIED I retained Nadine to sell our home because she is very knowledgeable about real estate in Bucks County and has a wonderful track record for selling in our particular neighborhood ( Holland Acres). We listed our house on May 24th and it settled on July 30th.
