Nadine was quick to come over and walk me through what should be done to get the maximum value out of the sale of my house. We followed her recommendations and she got us $30k over asking! Not only did she know how to list to get the maximum amount of showings, but she knew how to temper our expectations. We were amazed once we saw the final sale price.Meanwhile, she took whatever time we needed to show us homes that we were interested in buying. It was all on our schedule, and again, she made us feel as though we were her only clients. When we finally decided on a house that would suit our needs she landed the deal.
