Nadine is an outstanding real estate professional. She knows her market extremely well and was very helpful in determining the best listing price for our property. She is very proactive and responsive and very knowledgable regarding the entire close process.. She is an expert negotiator and was a great advisor as we negotiated with the buyer on price and other terms. She went above and beyond the normal functions of an agent. For example, she engaged and supervised numerous service providers, such as electricians, plumbers, and other contractors, to address various items identified in the inspection report, and completed all items within the seven days between inspection and close. She is the best I have ever worked with.

I cannot recommend Nadine Hankins, highly enough, not only as an outstanding realtor, but also as a very, very special human being. I am 85 years old, a widow, and wanted very much to find a small property in Lincoln County that would meet my needs. Nadine aEURoeshepherdedaEUR? me all the way through this process, which for me spanned over two years. I have many physical limitations that had to be accommodated. Nadine made herself continually available to me, never failing to offer me her abundant knowledge, creative, suggestions, and professional recommendations. Her integrity, kindness, and efficiency, as she guided me through both the search and my ultimate purchase (and each challenge that went along with them) were wonderful. In addition, she drove 50 miles back-and-forth several times to my primary residence in order to guide me through some of the paperwork and phone calls that I needed to better understand. Finally, she actually moved furniture for me, over the same distance using her familyaEUR~s truck. She did so incredibly much for me, so far beyond any normal expectations, that there isnt enough space here to recount the particulars. I can never thank her enough, and thats all I can say.
