For example, she engaged and supervised numerous service providers, such as electricians, plumbers, and other contractors, to address various items identified in the inspection report, and completed all items within the seven days between inspection and close. I cannot recommend Nadine Hankins, highly enough, not only as an outstanding realtor, but also as a very, very special human being. I am 85 years old, a widow, and wanted very much to find a small property in Lincoln County that would meet my needs.
