Helped my partner and I buy a home in Dorchester in 2011. Very personable, detail orientated, and has a very strong understanding of the Boston market. Easy to contact, and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of home sales.

We actually originally met Nadine because she sold us our house. She lives in our neighborhood and became such a handy resource for local knowledge that we really appreciated since we were relocating from another state. A couple of years later when it came to selling we contacted Nadine and are so happy we chose her as our agent. Nadine was such a pleasure to work with - from the very first consultation about selling the house she came prepared and it was obvious that she was very in tune with the market in Savin Hill. She quickly pulled together a CMA so we could confidently determine asking price and made constructive suggestions for how we could tweak our home so it looked its best. The hard work paid off and our condo sold in a matter of days - we had one open house and one round of follow up showings the next evening before receiving multiple offers. We honestly don't know what we would have done without her - she is the most dependable agent we have ever worked with and she kept things moving along for the remainder of the home sale process and helped us through any rough patches. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent!

Jamie has been my go-to Real Estate Professional for multiple transactions over the past few years. A few years ago, Jamie helped me sell my condo in Dorchester (for top dollar) when the market was terrible. I wanted to take my time to decide on a new place to buy, so Jamie found me an ideal rental situation while I looked. All the while, he kept his eyes open to find me a new permanent home. When I finally did decide to move again, Jamie helped me find the absolute perfect place for me to buy ,and expertly negotiated a fair price. He is very knowledgable of all the real estate trends and really has a great sense of knowing where to look and how to make good deals for his clients. We have spent a lot of time together looking at places...He really knows his stuff and is a lot of fun to be with, as well. Im very happy to see that his new business, Great Spaces Real Estate, in Boston is taking off. He and his business partner, Nadine Fallon, are terrific realtors that provide five star service. I highly recommend them !

Nadine is fantastic. I called her last-minute after unexpectedly happening across my dream home. She had done a great job selling a house for a close friend, so I asked her if she would represent me this time as a buyer. She said yes and did an excellent job at every step in the process, through the offer, inspections, and the closing. Nadine is smart as a tack, level-headed, friendly, and responsive. I would recommend her to any friend or family member looking for a broker, and am happy to do so here!

We were buying and selling at the same time which in itself was a stressful situation. Additionally our condo was a difficult property to sell due to circumstances outside her control. We had the utmost confidence in Nadine every step of the way. She worked tirelessly and with dedication, making us feel like we were her only clients. She continually impressed me with her knowledge, prompt response to all emails, phone calls, questions etc. She's very organized and professional however very easy to work with and easy going. I recommend her to anyone and everyone- she was phenomenal.

Nadine is awesome - she's honest, respectful, patient, fun, and knows a ton about homes - in terms of location, potential issues, potential opportunities for renovation, etc. I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat. She's not only my permanent Real Estate Agent, but is also now a friend.

Couldn't ask her to do much more or be more responsive! She got the house sold for much higher than we were expecting, and did a LOT of leg work. She also had a lot of great contacts to make the process easier when we needed to hire out some tasks in order to get the house sold

Nadine Fallon sold my home to the first people she showed it to! Of course, the stellar guidance she gave me about getting my home ready for sale probably helped. Expertly knowledgable, shrewd and easy to work with.
