Growing up with a grandfather who was a real estate developer and several contractors in her family, she learned a love for everything real estate at a young age and that hard work and strong ethics will make you successful. After working for a Fortune 500 company managing sales teams and then managing a successful real estate office in Boston; she decided to open a boutique office catering to clients who demand the best. In 2014, Jamie Iacoi and Nadine became equal partners in their new venture, Great Spaces Real Estate and since then they have affiliated with ERA to become Great Spaces ERA. Nadine lives with her husband and daughter in Dorchester's Savin Hill neighborhood and enjoys volunteering her time and enjoying everything that Boston has to offer.

Jamie was amazing. He really was a lifesaver for us. Our house needed a lot of work to prepare for sale and jamie knew all the right people to ask for help. With his help, we had the floors sanded and the basement cleaned out and the house was ready for sale! He was very much there for us when we needed him. He knows the business in and out and was a true professional. I highly recommend jamie. I don't think we would have been able to sell my house without his help, other agents may have bailed on us given the condition of the house, but jamie hung in there with us and helped us get the house ready for sale like the professional that he is. Hire jamie if you get the chance!

Jamie was the absolute best to work with. No one knows Dorchester like he does. Our search brought us to several apartments that had multiple offers and he worked closely with us to give our application the best chance every time. We also saw some apartments that did not exactly look like the listing photographs. After seeing them he was very honest and gave his own assessment of the place we viewed.
