Nadine did an excellent job selling both my home and my vacant land. She used the most current marketing tools like professional photos inside the home and great photos of the land around the vacant lot taken with a drone. Without Nadine, a recent purchase of a property of over 100 acres would not have happened. The original deed recording was fraught with errors and our closing attorney was incapable of providing a clean title. Nadine coordinated with another attorney to correct title issues and provide a closing within our time constraint. These title issues took months to correct. Each week Nadine was the impetus that kept the process moving forward. She provided relentless, experienced leadership critical to the alignment of the end goal. We actually nicknamed her "The Bulldog" for her tenacity. Nadine has more than earned our trust and she will be our first call for our next transaction.

She is personable and easy to work with; she's a good listener who will support your position but also offer advice; when I wasn't sure about how to arrange my house for the virtual video recording she was quite helpful. Nadine is a diamond in the rough (rough real-estate market). If you are looking for a real-estate professional - and I do mean professional - then Nadine couldnt be more qualified to handle your home, no matter how big or small. After many miserable experiences buying and selling homes I happened to come across Nadine online. She truly made me realize there are still a few hardworking, honest, strategic realtors in a field that has become a very unpleasant one to deal with. The hardest part for me is going to be not writing a novel of all the wonderful things she was able to get done in a very limited time window. I needed a aEURoeunicornaEUR? Nadine informed me. I said what in the world is a unicorn? Its your dream house with every amenity you were looking for at the price you were willing to pay in the timeframe you had to get it done in. Not only does she have contacts to make things happen that others dont. She was also there inspecting that work done was what I wanted and expected. Ill be completely honest when I say I'm not the easiest client to work with, especially after all the past disappointments I have experienced with other realtors. Nadine miraculously found my aEURoeunicornaEUR? before it even went on the market. That is why its so important that your realtor takes the time to really know what you are looking for or else you will waste hundreds of hours looking at 3/2 single family homes with a pool. She went through her magic book and was able to locate a house that matched and superseded my expectations before it hit the market. There will always be issues when buying a home. However, Nadine not only notified me of any issues but also already had a resolution to fix it in order to stay on my time schedule. It was just 28 days from the time we first met till the time keys were in my hands. She was always honest and forthcoming with everything including options to suit my needs. She could have easily only shown me homes at the top of my budget to increase her sales but that was never the case. She showed me realistic options and backed them up with research. When I was getting a little frustrated and getting ready to just settle on something she came to the table with other options to reinvigorate me so that I didnt put everything off and rent something. There isnt enough room for me to tell you how refreshing it is to know there are still real-estate professionals out there who really go above and beyond what is expected of them. Not only did I get my aEURoeunicornaEUR? but I made a friend for life. I know I can count on her for anything I need whether its advice, options, or just an answer to a text message on Sunday afternoon: aEURoeI cant find the switch to the pool light. Do you know where I would look?aEUR? Within two minutes my phone was ringing, and Nadine had reached out to the listing realtor to call the original owner and get me an answer, months after the sale was closed and I had moved in.
