Hi, our story is not a good one. We would not recommend her if you are trying to sell your house fast. It took longer than 6 months to sell with little to no communication. The buyers realtor actually came out more often then she did. She did not make sure their contingent contracts matched up with our contingent contract which we asked she do before writing them up causing us to almost lose 2 houses we had contingent contracts on. She also did not put in the contract a clause saying we could not be kicked out of our house until our loan was done processing, which left us without a home for over a week with farm animals and all. When people drove by she expected me to show the house to them while my husband was working in another state. When she did show the house she never went out of the house to show them the whole property or where the property lines went to. I watched the property from afar. We also asked that the house only be shown to those with preapproved Financing so we did not waste our time showing it to people not serious about buying or maybe could not afford it in the first place, which is hard to do while living there. Many who came were not asked if the were preapproved or had no proof.
