A recent transaction I’m especially proud of involved a couple who needed to sell their home before buying their next one. We started by touring a few homes to give them confidence in their options, then listed their property with a clear plan to align both closings. Because we had already begun pre-marketing, there was a list of interested buyers before it even officially hit the market. By securing a rent-back and presenting their offer strategically, we beat out multiple offers - even with contingencies. It was such a rewarding reminder that with preparation, creativity, and the right representation, even complex moves can feel seamless with the right guidance and a team you can trust.

Real estate is in my blood - along with the strong work ethic that comes from growing up in an immigrant family. My father came to the U.S. and built a career as a realtor, developer, and investor, so I had a front-row seat to the world of real estate from an early age. Watching him gave me a deep appreciation for hard work, perseverance, and the power of property to create opportunity. After college, I spent several years working with a startup before transitioning into litigation consulting - experiences that sharpened my understanding of contracts, market dynamics, and negotiation. Inspired by my upbringing and early exposure to the industry, I decided to pursue real estate full-time. More than 25 years later, I’m proud to have built a thriving, referral-based business here in San Diego.
