My wife Dianne & I were leaving NYC. We had sold our co-op and the timing of it all was faster than we had expected. Dianne called several real estate agents in SC & nearby NC. Only "Myrtle Mike" responded. We didn't know the area; we needed a house with the necessary amenities to rent. Mike handled everything getting us into a house in a nice community. He assisted with all the paperwork and documents. Mike helped us out with everything. He's like family, a man we can trust. It took us awhile, being from the north, to settle in down here. When we decided it was time to look for our permanent home, we wanted Mike. He was with us every step of the way in finding our new home. He helped us with negotiating and submitting an offer and was instrumental in all the stuff that transpires with buying a home, dealing with attorneys, including being at the closing. During the entire time we've known Mike, he has offered to help us in every way. Even when the closing was complete Mike reminded us to not hesitate if we needed his help with anything. We are elderly, so maybe he had compassion on us. Mike is an honest man; he is trustworthy. During our entire relationship, which has been for almost a year now, we always felt secure knowing we were in good hands. Mike is a consummate professional in all matters of real estate. My wife & I are so thankful that Mike answered our call finding us a nice home to rent and later a home to buy. Anyone needing a very good real estate agent, there's no one finer! Sorry for making this so long; Dianne tells me I have to learn how to condense.
