ZillowVERIFIED We met Myra Rappaport when we called about a listing we were interested in seeing. She sat us down, listened to what we were looking for, showed us the first place, gave comments on it when asked. Later, she was very helpful in emailing us a wide range of further places of interest, and showed them to us on a weekend when we could get up there. We signed her on as our agent when we found a place we wanted to make an offer on. Through the offer, the inspection (which she attended), all the communication with the seller, sellers agent, sellers lawyer, our lawyer, and area association, she acted as the liaison. She always answered emails and phone calls immediately, even on weekends or when she was on vacation! She was very professional throughout and helped us through some setbacks. Prior to the closing, she did as much as possible to make things run smoothly. Since the purchase, she has provided us with lots of area information including contact names for insurance, utilities, carpentry, etc.We feel fortunate to have come upon Myra and recommend her highly for any buyer. Besides being so competent and enthusiastic about her job, she is a really nice person -- always pleasant, never impatient, never too busy.
