I thought about Myesha. She immediately responded and provided me with a contact for financing with guaranteed rate that group is amazing!! I was able to talk with the Michele Moore to discuss mortgage options and really be informed. During our conversations I felt that a line of credit would benefit me more than a refinance. Michelle referred me to someone else that would better help my situation. It is so wonderful to meet people that love what they do they go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. It is an awesome experience I felt valued as a customer, especially in my difficult situation. ZillowVERIFIED It can be quite challenging finding a realtor who understands you and one who has your best interest at heart when it comes to buying a home and the type of neighborhood you'll live. I have learned a lot from Myesha in this my first home buying experience. she was well knowledgeable about the process and was also able to provide connections when needed. I was able to get a brand new roof at no extra cost from the seller, due to her connections with a number of contractors. Prior to all this, Myesha was able to negotiate with the seller regarding the cost as well as convinced the seller to choose me among the many other offers on the table. I was delighted to know that the seller chose me! However with this being said, during the process there were times when it seem like closing on this particular house was never going to happened due to reasons beyond my control; but Myesha's calm and reassuring disposition helped smooth the roller coaster ride I was on. She was easy to talk with, understanding and was someone that I could build a rapport with while professionalism was without question. I valued her honest opinion when shown different houses that were up for sale. One thing she always say was " I like to be able to sleep in my bed at night with a free conscience and I wouldn't recommend anyone to live somewhere I wouldn't want to live".I am not hesitant in highly recommending Myesha's services to anyone who is in need of a great realtor. In fact, I had started spreading the word to my co-workers and acquaintances about my experiences with her. Honest, knowledgeable and hardworking are some of the words I am using to describe Myesha.
