ZillowVERIFIEDI couldn't ask for a better agent than Mychal McGuire! Mychal is very knowledgeable all around. He help my wife and I purchase 2 different homes after taking the time and effort to show us every house we were interested and even sent us listings as soon as they appeared in the market. He made it easy to find our perfect home. Mychal is very professional, kind, and understanding - it was always a fun and good time looking at listings and talking about our next moves with offers and negotiations. Wouldn't recommend anyone else!
ZillowVERIFIEDIf you need a realtor Mychal McGuire is the best!!! I was out of state trying to list and sell 3 of my father's rentals after his passing! Mychal worked with the property management company, hooked us up with a great title company, and all the paperwork was done through email. Mychal ended up selling all 3 properties to an investor. Wow! Mychal was amazing!!! Walked us through every step, conducted walk throughs, and also kept tenents in the loop! Best house selling experience ever!!
