ZillowVERIFIED I was relocating to the Camden area and began working with Morshad in narrowing down neighborhoods and getting a feel for the market. Morshad was very pleasant to work with. He was patient, very responsive, knowledgeable, flexible, and helpful. He was always thoughtful about the listings he would share, ensuring they matched my requirements, rather than inundating me with every listing. As it turned out, I did not relocate but if I had a chance to work with Morshad in the future, I would do so eagerly and would recommend him to my family and friends.

ZillowVERIFIED I was reluctant to get an agent until I met Morshad. He was very patient with me and worked with me for about 1 year and a half to find our dream home. He is very polite, very experienced realtor and always looks out for his client's best interest. He is very resourceful and always have information on trusted contractors readily available. To have a realtor that keeps up with the market and trends is a plus and when it comes to making a good offer you can trust Morshad. He was also helpful in us getting the most bang for your buck when we sold our home. I highly recommend Morshad if you are waiving on getting a realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Morshad was extremely helpful in finding our dream home. It was not an easy task finding a house during a pandemic, Morshad did an excellent job from explaining the whole home buying process to us as a new homebuyers to the final closing of the house. I would highly recommend him to anyone in my family or friends looking for a real estate professional.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I just purchased our first home and we were so lucky to have found Morshad! We were moving from Denver, CO and were in a tough situation of not being available locally to look at homes for more than a couple of days. Morshad worked with our schedule to be sure that we saw as many houses as we could in the time that we had and listened to all that we were asking for. We lost a few bids early on but Morshad took the time to set up Zoom meetings with us while we were out of state so that we could tour homes virtually. This is how we eventually found our home and we could not be happier with the house, neighborhood and school district that he found for us!

ZillowVERIFIED Buying a home for the first time is a major step in someone's life. You need someone who can guide you and educate you through the entire home buying process and take a lot of the burden off your shoulder. Morshad not only did these very meticulously and professionally in my home purchase, but also exceeded my expectations. He was very accessible and reasonable with my requests and I couldn't ask for a better agent to look after my home buying needs.

They sent Miss Nora to the rescue!! We told her what we wanted and needed in a home and she got on her grind. She found us our dream home in only 3 days. She held our hand all the way to the the closing table. Her knowledge, professionalism, patience and compassion simply exceptional. She even gave us some great decorating tips!

ZillowVERIFIED Hes the best realstate in New Jersey. He let us take our time and he was very honest with us. when we started to choose between the houses, we asked about 2 houses, one of them costed $350,000 and the other one costed $300,000. I asked him which one we should choose. He said we should choose the one thats $300,000. Usually the realstates choose the more expensive so they get more money, but he was very honest. I thanked him a million times and I do appreciate him very very much. He was very helpful for us, and he used to answer the call anytime and any day in the week.

ZillowVERIFIED I have dealt with Mr. Saami on several transactions. He helped me while I was buying and selling too. I am extremely happy with the level of service he provided. He is always calm, patient, positive and most importantly HONEST. In the past I had experience with two different realtors and unfortunately they were not honest and responsive as Saami. I admit that Saami has built a lifetime relationship and 100% of my referrals and transactions will go to him. Keep it up my friend!!
