ZillowVERIFIED Morris was one of MANY agents we met, interviewed and got to know, but he was by far the most knowledgeable and honest. What touched us the most was that he cared more about our needs and interests than his own commission and sale. At the end we ended up selling our condo through him exclusively in 2016 AND bought our new house in 2018 through him. Hes very communicative, available, easy to speak to, honest, and all around a true gentleman. I would not only highly recommend him, but would never make a move on any porpoerty purchase or sale without him and only him.

ZillowVERIFIED Morris Assouline was an asset to the sale of my familys' home. He brought multiple offers in over a several year period, although the home was not even listed for sale. He negotiated numerous times to bring the sale in at the net we desired. He assured me that he was going to sell our home and he did. He was available when needed, and followed up on all aspects of the sale even going above and beyond to help out with the CO. I cannot recommend Morris enough if you want a realtor who will stay up on all that is needed whether he represents the buyer or the seller, or functions as a dual agent.

When my house was put on the market less than 2 months ago, Morris brought us two buyers in less than 2 weeks. We then proceeded to look for an appropriate place for relocation. Morris was always willing to spend the time to discuss the different options I might have. His client's needs are always uppermost in his mind. To date, I have been unable to find the right fit, but Morris is still willing to listen and spend time. I will always remember his dedication, will recommend him to others and will work with him again if I am able to find the new home that is the right fit for me to relocate to.
