Moriet was recommended to me by a friend, and she did not disappoint. Our first meeting with Moriet to discuss the selling of our home was friendly and professional. She clearly discussed the step-by-step process from preparing to list our home to the final closing. We appreciated her experience and knowledge. Through experience she has seen everything and knows how to navigate through any issue that may arise through the process. We appreciated her input during our home walk through on how best to stage the home for listing. She was always available to answer any questions we had and to explain them over if necessary for our understanding. After seven days of our home being listed, we had two offers, and she met with us and went over the pros/cons of each offer. This was helpful to us in making an informed decision. Lastly, we found Moriet to be a really nice person and fun to do business with!

We just bought our new house in Yakima. We actually looked at only three houses, however the process was more complex due to our living in Anchorage, AK. Despite being complicated by the distance, it was relatively easy because of Moriet's help. She is a fabulous realtor and a wealth of information on Yakima. During our search she and her team went above and beyond to show us houses, once showing a house on three separate occasions to me, my husband, and my in-laws. Moriet's experience and expertise were extremely helpful during the purchase and negotiation process. Additionally, because we will not occupy the new house for a couple of months Moriet has offered to keep an eye on the property in our abscence.
