ZillowVERIFIED Moriah has helped me buy my first home, sell my first home and then helped my fiancA(C) and I purchase our new home. Every sale, she was always responsive and knowledgeable. She provided resources I didn't know about when buying my first home and was honest about issues in every house we went through to make sure I the best home possible. When we sold the house, we had a major repair that was needed in order to sell. She helped us get quotes for contractors and even negotiated us being able to pay them when the sale was finished instead of paying out of pocket and with our new home she helped us when we were having issues with the loan officers and gave us a great recommendation for a home inspector. She is amazing!

When we were first looking to buy she helped us find a loan officer who helped us improve our credit enough to be able to qualify for a loan. And throughout that year of improving our credit, she stuck by us! She was so patient and understanding of our situation which made us feel so comfortable during this new process. When we went under contract we were in underwriting for 2 months due to my husband's work history (a couple of companies were bought out by others so they were having to track down info), she was with us the whole way, sending positive texts and wishing us the best, it made the whole process easier. She even stuck with us after closing since we allowed the seller's to rent the home for 1 month, she was with us the ENTIRE way, she really went above and beyond for us when she really didn't have to!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MORIAH!!! She is the best, and both my husband and I feel like we also made a friend through this house buying process!!! <3
