ZillowVERIFIED Moriah is a wonderful, professional, experienced realtor, and I couldnt recommend her more highly. Moriah helped me find and purchase a home from out of state. There are some special challenges with shopping for a home when you are 600 miles away. Moriah helped me with all of those challenges. Moriah was very responsive as she first helped me settle on a location. She screened countless houses in various locations and then met with me to visit those locations. When I returned home, Moriah continued to screen houses in my chosen location. If a house looked good to us online, Moriah viewed the house in person and sent her feedback within a day. This was important because the market was active and some houses were moving quickly. When we finally found the perfect home, Moriah submitted my offer that evening, followed up on any issues, and then scheduled an inspection, on a Sunday no less. Moriah was a great advocate and I always felt that I was getting her honest, professional opinion. I would definitely use her again if I decide to purchase another house.
