Morgan Roberts

I work primarily with single-family residential homes. I tend to work with a majority of first-time home buyers and buyers who are needing to sell their home and upsizing to a new home in the same area. I really like different aspects of each buyer group. First time homebuyers are making the first major financial purchase of their life and building long-term wealth, so it's exciting to see them taking a big step in life. Those who are upsizing are in a pivotal time of life where they are in their home more and really want themselves and those who share it with them to have space to be on their own. I enjoy hearing why people are moving or buying or selling - each time it's a new phase of their life that they trusted me guide and support them through, which is really special.
