Morgan was born and raised in Sumner County and began working with Reliant Realty in 2013. Over the years, she grew through several important roles, including office support, broker assistance, office management, and property management. This behind-the-scenes experience gave her a comprehensive understanding of real estate transactions, brokerage operations, contracts, property care, and the many details required to successfully serve buyers, sellers, and property owners.

After earning her real estate license in 2022, Morgan quickly established a steady residential real estate practice. She was recognized as Rookie of the Year following several successful closings during her first year. She also earned Office Manager of the Year within the ERA network-an organization encompassing approximately 2,300 offices worldwide.

Although Sumner County will always be home, Morgan's experience extends throughout Middle Tennessee. She has managed properties from Sumner County to Maury County and has helped clients buy and sell homes in communities ranging from Gallatin to Murfreesboro. Her familiarity with the region allows her to help clients compare communities, understand local markets, and make informed decisions based on their individual goals.
