We were referred by a friend to a local realtor office, and we wound up choosing Morgan as our realtor. I am SO GLAD we did, because not only is she extremely professional, but she went above and beyond for us. She handled every little thing for us and we barely had to do anything besides sign online paper work. From start to end, we were in our new house in a little over a month. She made the entire process completely painless and stress free. She's very knowledgeable and patient with us when we didn't understand something, and she's very quick to respond. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor.

Let me tell you our experience with Morgan. Morgan called us to see if she could help us sell our house. That was a blessing we had our house listed with realtors from Floyd Va and that was the worst experience that me and my wife have ever encountered and had to deal with. We prayed for help and a blessing oh boy did we get it. That's when Morgan called us to offer us any assistance that she could. We had a lengthy phone conversation with Morgan and told her all of our problems that we was having and she advised us that her and the Gravity group could help and solve our problems and make our dreams come true. And boy did Morgan complete that task beyond and above our expectations. We have never experienced such a go getter that Morgan is if there was a problem she fixed it. If there was a way to make it happen she did it. She accomplished everything that needed to be accomplished in selling our home and purchasing our new home. She did things and made things happen that no other realtor has accomplished much less put the effort in and hard work as Morgan did & the Gravity group.
