Shiawassee County's #1 Selling real estate agent every year since 2000, verified by MLS data
ZillowVERIFIEDAs a first time home buyer Morgan and her associates made the process extremely smooth. The team worked very hard to get us into our home as quickly as they possibly could. Could not have been more satisfied!
ZillowVERIFIEDMorgan is everything I could have asked for in realtor. She is very throuough and will take the time to answer all of your questions. I am so happy it was her who I got to work with. Everyone that works with her is fantastic. They all made the first time buying process so great and I have no doubt that I will be back in the future.
ZillowVERIFIEDMorgan knows her stuff. She makes sure your goals are met and she always comes through. She makes buying a home almost as easy as shopping online. Just a few extra signature though, lol.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe appreciate Morgan's professional, timely and knowledgable service in helping us buy a home. We always felt she was truly working for us and wanted what is best for us, versus trying to push us in a direction that is best for the agent.
ZillowVERIFIEDMorgan is very professional, very knowledgeable of the area and up to the minute on everything. She does not hesitate to work long hours after many have gone home for the day, is involved in her community and well respected by her community. If we were interested in another home Morgan would be the person that we would call.
ZillowVERIFIEDI cannot say enough good things about my experience with Morgan. She goes above and beyond. I searched for the perfect house for a long time and she never once tried to talk me into anything I wasn't ready for. She kept me informed and prepared for everything that came our way. Morgan has so many clients yet she makes you feel like you're her only one! It's not just another sale to her and more importantly when making this huge purchase I knew I could trust her! I have and will continue to recommend Morgan to anyone buying a house. She helped my daughter and I find our home and I couldn't be happier!
ZillowVERIFIEDI have been working with Morgan for about 13 years now. She has helped us buy and sell many homes. She is the best in Shiawassee county and I would not use anyone else. She has sold several of our homes (or more) within the first week or so of being listed. I trust her. She is thorough and knows what she is doing. I highly recommend Morgan Beilfuss.
