ZillowVERIFIEDPurchased a lot through Blue Heron Realty. They recommended a builder to my husband and I to build a home on the lot. We signed a contract with the recommended builder. The builder did a horrible job. When we went to Blue Heron to tell them about our experience and suggest that they not recommend the builder because of the bad experience we had, they told us we were being emotional. After some digging, it was discovered that Blue Heron received a kickback of the initial payment my husband and I made to the builder, and were going to receive another payment once the build was half way completed. These payments were never disclosed to us, and Blue Heron still recommends this builder to their clients. This company and the builder they recommended to my husband and I are, in my opinion, unethical and dishonest.
