A lifelong resident of Solano County, Monique has an intense respect for the area's beauty, culture and people. After studying Sociology and Criminal Justice at Napa Valley College and California State University at Sacramento, Monique pursued careers in Counseling and Law Enforcement. These careers afforded her the opportunity to work for several years throughout the Bay Area; broadening both her knowledge and passion for all that it has to offer. The skills she learned have proven to be invaluable as a Realtor when it comes to understanding her client's needs and motivations, communicating, constructively listening and having the ability to effectively negotiate on their behalf. Monique attributes success to being detail-oriented, a problem solver when it comes to the difficult transactions and maintaining a "can-do" attitude and drive to ensure a positive experience and outcome for her clients. "The philosophy of putting my PHD (professionalism, honesty, and dedication) to work promotes the most positive experience and ensures a smooth transaction for my clients." As a second-generation Realtor and Investor, she understands the importance of focusing on the client's needs and goals, having an extensive understanding of all property phases, and then applying that to produce the best possible outcome for all involved.
