A lifelong resident of Solano County, Monique has an intense respect for the area's beauty, culture and people. After studying Sociology and Criminal Justice at Napa Valley College and California State University at Sacramento, Monique pursued careers in Counseling and Law Enforcement. These careers afforded her the opportunity to work for several years throughout the Bay Area; broadening both her knowledge and passion for all that it has to offer.
